Panta Rhea Job Opportunity: Sr. Director, Strategy and Impact

Dear Community,

At Panta Rhea, we continue to be guided by “all things change, all things flow,” the Greek meaning of our organization’s name. In December, Ann Dowley, who served as the director for the foundation’s Resilience & Renewal  program for more than ten years, sunsetted her staff role with us to focus on a counseling degree and expand her coaching practice. We are forever grateful to the groundwork she laid to ensure our grantee partners received transformative capacity-building support – and that we at the foundation benefitted from the same.

Looking ahead, we’re searching for a creative, strategic, and adaptive social justice change agent to serve as our first Senior Director, Strategy and Impact. This role will lead and evolve our Resilience & Renewal grantmaking, anchor Panta Rhea’s racial justice work,  explore new impact areas, facilitate strategy evolution, and strengthen the ways we work.  Click here for the complete job description.

Anna, Gerlie, and I love our jobs at Panta Rhea and are thrilled to explore who our next team member might be. Since 2020, we’ve worked as a virtual staff team spread across California and the Caribbean, with our board members now spanning the continental United States. We’re beginning to reconnect and travel selectively and are open to considering candidates based anywhere in the United States.

Please help us share this opportunity far and wide with our extended communities! Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Michelle Bonoan, mbonoan@koyapartners.com,  and Jennifer Smith, jsmith@koyapartners.com, of Koya Partners.

With gratitude,
Connie Archbold Robinson Malloy
