In November 2021, Hans Schoepflin, my father and founder of the Panta Rhea Foundation, transitioned off the Foundation’s board. While it is a bittersweet moment in Panta Rhea’s evolution, it is also a moment to celebrate and honor his incredible legacy and to mark a years-long, intentional intergenerational leadership transition process. Dear Community, At Panta Rhea, we continue to be guided by “all things change, all things flow,” the Greek meaning of our organization’s name. In December, Ann Dowley, who served as the director for the foundation’s Resilience & Renewal  program for more than ten years, sunsetted her staff role with us to focus on a counseling degree and expand her coaching practice.
